If you're like me, you spend a large chunk of your time working(and perhaps you wake up at 5am like me). Getting in the proper meals and in the right amount can become difficult(but I do what I gotta do). You don't want to heat up your left over pizza and burger king like your fat co workers, you end up reheating pre cooked chicken and brown rice. However this is not the most enjoyable thing to do(like chewing up moist leather). What are some of your favorite "On The Go" protein packed meals that one could throw in a back pack? I don't have the option to stay home and cook smoked salmon & pine nuts. Lol
