On the go protein meals!

If you're like me, you spend a large chunk of your time working(and perhaps you wake up at 5am like me). Getting in the proper meals and in the right amount can become difficult(but I do what I gotta do). You don't want to heat up your left over pizza and burger king like your fat co workers, you end up reheating pre cooked chicken and brown rice. However this is not the most enjoyable thing to do(like chewing up moist leather). What are some of your favorite "On The Go" protein packed meals that one could throw in a back pack? I don't have the option to stay home and cook smoked salmon & pine nuts. Lol
 
If you have a crockpot it does the cooking for you. It's not very hard to prep meals. Sundays are a good day to meal prep for the week. For me at least. Chicken in the crock pot. Shrimp, fish cooked on the stove pair those in containers with veggies. Salad with tuna fish....hard boiled eggs...

Thank you for the input! Just trying to drum up new ideas(i'm single and I work a lot). lol
 
I'm in a similar predicament as I work long hours, sometimes in remote areas and rarely have access to a microwave during the day. Greek yogurt and hard boiled eggs are a life saver. Lol

Lol Yep, same. Tomorrow I prep all my meals: asparagus, turkey, eggs, etc.
 
I eat my meals cold most of the time when I'm on the go, too. I don't mind pasta with shredded crock pot chicken and salsa out of a cold tupperware. I'm weird though haha.

on the go, Tuna Packets bro. rip it open and eat it.
 
Synthetically: I've been there, cold meals out of a tupperware and then I get weird looks from co workers. lol

Spiked: Tuna packets on deck & some veggies to go with! ;)
