Ok I messed up

If you want to see pissed, go look at the threads where guys dont want to listen to reason. Basically they already have a set plan and just want guys to be like, "Yea, that sounds great!" You made a mistake and you seem genuine in that you dont want to do it again. Like I said before, we have all been there. Atleast you learned from it.

BTW - Nobody here is saying you cant be a great BB'er, or even a decent one. Its just important to get your ducks in a row first. Keep your chin up man. We'll help where we can.

why? because you can't use anabolics... thats just stupid... dont start to feel sorry for yourself... instead, get out there, get right, get well and bust your fucking ass... then you can do whatever you want to do in terms of bodybuilding... you dont have to be on anabolics to get to a certain level and you have the option of sarms which can take you to another level... dont even start to do that where you feel sorry, instead, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT... How do you think i have accomplished the things i have? I DONT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER... that's how you have to live and you will go very far in life
 
If your dreams are to be a pro bodybuilder man you are going to sacrifice a lot about your health to get there that's even if you can. I don't think you realise how miserable it really gets lol. Shits not all fun.

I think you just need to get bloods done and go from there. You have good stats btw a lot of this may be mental for you.

I'd be interested to see what bloods come back at. Don't be so down man. Certainly not the end of the world here far from it. Get the bloods and get it straight.

Ok here it goes, so I have been talking to a few of you and have gotten awesome help, but I know some of you will probably be irritated when you read this.

I have always wanted to be a bodybuilder, ever since I was five, well when I was 19 I started training with a guy at my local YMCA, he was huge. Obviously I went up to him and started training with him, he worked out with me for about 5 months before he told me he was on gear, I didn't even know what it was. To make a long story short I was on gear 5 months later , I was running var and test at about 500mg a week, for about 12 weeks with no AI and no PCT, then he told me to take 4 weeks off then back on at 750mg a week. For another 12 weeks ,

Before you say anything I know this was stupid, I had no idea , I thought it he knew , then one day he left and I had nothing needless to say it fucked me up pretty good, its been almost three years and I'm finally back in the gym, but I don't feel right. That's why I was wanting to get back on gear, I still have aspirations of being a body builder but I want to do it at a little slower pace , I'm getting my bloods done this week to see what everything looks like, if I do it I want to do it right , I hope this honesty doesn't get me shunned to much we all have dreams mine are just different, I'm willing to work hard I do 30min cardio and lift for 2 hours a night 5-6 days a week advice is welcomed and before you guys say anything I know I'm a dumbass but we make are selves better everyday right. Thank you in advance.

You did the right thing coming up and being honest. This post kinda reminds me of myself. I started gear young to and I have similar goals to you to. even tho I'm young myself I will tell you it's good that you're here now trying to learn instead of listenening to someone else. It's good to just research it yourself and find out all the accurate info. Never stop studying it, and that's good you're getting blood work to. Blood work should always be checked out. Keep us updated on how it turns out

Bud we are not upset,but do us all a favor and make no moves based on want someone tells you...including your coach. Follow the advice here. This board is flooded with talented ,smart people. You can't go wrong and we won't let you go wrong.
 
It's not that I'm feeling sorry for myself, or that I'm giving up far from it , I just dont see how I can compete on a stage with people that are on gear, ive seen what my so called "coach" does to step on stage. And if i do a natural show that means I'm sidelined at least 5 years from the local show because are natural show you have to be clean 7 years. I don't give up I do everything to an extreme and it sometimes gets me into alot of trouble. And I'm always studying now trenrage I learned my lesson from ignorance
 
You've received some great advice from some great members here brother, and it seems that you are being respectful of it and taking things the right way. I'm glad to see that. Of course the first course of action is getting that blood work done to see where you are at....them correcting whatever needs corrected. Forget about the steroids for now. You have your whole life ahead of you, so just focus on your diet and training and keep working hard. I never touched a drop of juice til 36. This is a marathon and not a sprint.....keep your head on straight and you'll be glad you did and thank yourself later.....trust me

Cool. Good choice. I have been working out for nearly 30 years and have never considered a BB contest. I do it for the challenge to myself,to be the best I can be...not be the best ever. I like hurling the iron around...me and iron are old friends. Sometimes I kick its ass and sometimes it kicks mine. It is a love hate relationship.
I can tell you that I worked out to my best potential b4 I used steroids. They polish you off after you are all you can be. Do it for yourself, and before you know it you might just be ready for a contest.
 
Not shaming you, but are you REALLY willing to train 2 hours a day plus cardio 5-6 days a week?? Because if you were, you would be doing that right now without any gear. Steroids are not a crutch, or magic. You have to be willing to put the work in yourself first. Sounds to like you need to step back and take a second to think if you really do need gear or if it's a facade in your mind. Training hard is training hard. With or without AAS. Make the right choice.

Have fun during this time of your life. You sound like every other kid out there.." I wanna be a bodybuilder.." Why? Because Kai and Phil are pros? Because it's the "trend" now to be into fitness. This is either in your blood or it isn't. Determine that for yourself and then go about it correctly. Train hard. Earn your stripes.

I do , do my cardio I'm the morning, I do train 5-6 days a week, when I was 14 I was squatting 420lbs you've got me all wrong bro, and I always looked up to guys like Mike mentzer , Arnold, lee Haney and Sergio. I put in work don't think I'm lazy or looking for a way out. And I'm a diesel mechanic my job is very physical, I'm not tying to use steroids as a crutch , that was never the point . eveidetally I'm confusing some people
 
Being Arnold and Mentzer and those guys werent that big you can achieve those physiques with moderate gear usage after you platue naturally.as for going pro nowdays theres nothing healthy about that you have too choose between the two when Dorian stepped on stage looking like some freaky cartoon character the drug game changed .
 
Alright. I feel so bad right now, I honestly thought I was doing what it would take to meet my goals. I didn't know it was wrong. And I see now, I hope I don't piss you all off , I just wanted help:( I still need help.

We're all just glad you opened up about this before possibly harming yourself more :). Get those bloods done and we'll steer you in the right direction.
 
Ok I read all the posts. It's great and I respect the fact you realize what you did wrong and this is how ppl learn from mistakes. If your blood work does come back good please do not fall into the trap that more is better and have the mindset everything is normal so I can try this again. This is a marathon not a sprint slow steady pace wins the race. All the bros here know what they are doing and the advice in this forum cannot be matched anywhere especially the idiot coach who is giving you some deadly advice at your age. I am no where experienced as the mods and bros here but I learned from them if it wasn't for this forum I would be wreck less. Everyone one here really cares about your well being. Good Luck bro
