Very interesting, and thanks for sharing brother. I use similar things from time to time to add to my water for favoring. Some have the extra potassium in them for electrolytes, and it helps break up the monotony of water all the time

I have had these. They are ok. The flavor I had, not sure which one, was light. Not saying it's a bad thing. Because I was glad for the plain water break.

I actually have and use nuun I live in vegas and worked construction for 20 years out doors in 115 degree weather. Have had heat exhaustion a few times and mix this with 16 oz of water and what a turn around it will make , back up and running full speed in less than 24 hours. Found it from a few iron worker buddys .

I would take it a bottle running. As it dissolves it creates pressure from the fizz. Lol so if you are running, take care when opening it the first few times.

using them too.just got them recently from iherb..
the cola flavour was a little disappointing,but the lemon/lime and berries are very nice,especially if you use less water than recommended on the tube...
