Hi, I am 49 yrs old, 205 lbs, 5'10", 18%BF.
my workouts mainly work on core strength and conditioning. I do Olympic lifting and compete in local tournaments for the Masters group.
My Goal:
• heal my ligaments, tendons ( old injuries)
• build lean muscle mass
• lose some excess fat
Would running MK-677 alone work for this? and would there be a PCT with this?
If not this, I am open to suggestions of a sarms cycle.
