It's no different bro. Your night is the same as a typical day and would eat the same. The only thing different is the hours

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

Where I used to live there was a little bar that always had some guys in there @ 6am.

6am? Yea, because those guys worked 3rd shift and stopped for a beer after work. That was their happy hour.

There's absolutely no difference if you work 9-5 or overnight.

here's my nightly meal right before bed and i have been doing this for roughly a decade or so, at least with the oatmeal and about 5 years with eggs... i have 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites along with mushrooms and spinach... i also have one serving of oatmeal with one scoop of protein powder and 1/2 serving of peanut butter... thats my EVERY NIGHT meal bro and i NEVER miss it...

My kind of meal right here!

I work swing shift and have done so for about 15 years. I find it's different for everybody but for myself it helps to bring lots of little snacks so that I can eat every 2-3 hours. Now I don't eat every 2-3 hours when I'm off but for some reason on nights it seems to keep me from getting hungry by doing so. I like to take lots of fruit, cottage cheese, and oatmeal. On top of that I also take 1-2 smaller meals with me on my 12 hour shift and my last one is usually eaten just before my shift ends so that when I get home I'm ready for bed. You'll find what works for you it just takes some time to get your body adjusted to it. Good luck
