Not sure if I should cut or bulk. Sarms question

So I made a post earlier about being an idiot while using test. I'm taking Dylan's advice and ordered anabolicum from sarmsx and am just waiting for it to ship. I'm trying to think a head and plan things out now so once I get my estrogen and t levels in check ( I have low t) then I would like to continue with my i goal of getting bigger. I do have some body fat. If I had to guess I would say around 15%. I don't have a full body photo on my phone but I'll post one with a shirt. Just wanted people's opinions on what they would do. From the profile of led-4033 it says both building muscle and fat loss. But I'm new to all this so any help is great appreciated. I'll try and get some pictures with out a shirt on for better reference. I currently have the flu so I'm down 7lbs so far and my stomach is flatter then normal.


 
hey bro, i love lgd but that is not the best choice here for your goals... it can be part of the cycle for sure but you need to add to it to achieve what your wanting... you need to add GW and S4... that would be perfect... here are the links to get everything you need...

Hahahah it's all me. I'll take that as a compliment though! The most recent would be the back picture and the picture in the gray shirt.
So I'm assuming After reading about them these, the stack would primarley be used to lean out, along with some lean muscle. And the lgd 4033 would really increase the mass? I'm not understanding why I would need a pct as the stack doesn't aromatise. I know the lgd 4033 does lower testosterone a but but I will be on a trt dose of test as I have been diagnosed unfortunately with severe low t. Also I will already have the anabolicum for my estrogen. Sorry for all the questions. I just don't wanan make any more mistakes. Also what would the d aspartic acid be for? Thanks
 
Dylan gave you a great SARMS stack. The PCT is to jump start your natural Test production, but if you are on TRT then you can omit the PCT. What TRT dose does your Doc. have you on? What does your diet/nutrition look like? Sarms and a TRT dose of Test are great and all, but a dialed in diet will be more critical in achieving your goals. Please post up your diet and I will be happy to help you.

Diet wise I'm not super strict on as I'm just enjoying the process. But what I is mostly clean home cooked meals, chicken, rice potatoes eggs lean meats fish. I really just focus on keeping my protein high and carbs moderate depending on how I feel. I feel better with moderate carbs. I don't count calories and all that either as of yet. I did in the beginning and I just got way to obsessed with it. It took all the joy it out of working out enjoying this process with my wife. She's also lifting weights and eating better. My biggest issue is appetite. I have anxiety which messes with my stomach and bowls a lot so I get pretty nauseated through the day at times. Some sometimes either I just don't eat because I'm nauseous or I have to eat what sound good at the time.

you never once said you were on trt, you said you had low t, so i had no idea... you have to be more clear so no mistakes are made when advising... you won't need daa or a pct if your on trt... so omit those... you would only need the stack... whether or not the stack aromatizes or not has no bearing on needing a pct either... the stack i laid out for you is a very strong recomp stack... lean muscle gain while dropping body fat... its perfect for what your after...
 
Shoot I did miss that part. Sorry about that. With the stack do you still recommend me getting the lgd-4033 or should he stack be enough for what I'm needing?

For my trt. It's a very long story. Long story short between 2 doctors and over a year of trying to raise my levels and keep my estrogen down, it was not working. I ended up feeling like a test rat and spending between $600-$800 a month to have me feeling no better then I was when I started I decided to stop going and find testosterone myself. I also ended up getting zinc poisoning from them having me take so much zinc to try and control my estrogen. The also tried giving me arimadex which I got extremely sick from as well. To the point of throwing up every morning and feeling like I had the flu ever single day. So me being an idiot like I mentioned before, I got test and went gun ho. I was first diagnosed with low t 5 years ago but the doctor said at my age there was nothing that could be done (I was 22 at that time). So as I got older the worse I felt. I talked with some friends who took higher doses ( I was taking 500mg weekly with no blockers. Was told by the guys taking 750mg weekly that there's no need for blockers at 500mg and that was a low dose) after talking with Dylan and finding out that was completely false I'm dropping back down to 150mg to start. Along with anabolicum. And will redo blood work my self since I live in Indiana. I live in northern Indiana and the closest t clinic is 4 hours away round trip. And they have to give me the injections. I've also been to an endocrinologist. I saw him twice. This was after going to the anti aging clinic. He immediately took me off test for 6 weeks to get a base line. Well from doing research I knew that my t levels were going to be lower then before starting trt. My total t came back at 329 with my free t being 7.6. It's been absolute hell. Not only on my body which is partly my fault but mentally as well for both my wife and I. I'm really greatly to have found this forum and sarms. Not only to get me feeling better but to be able to help achieve my fitness goals. With out putting my health in jeopardy. I never looked at the big picture either. Untill I watched one of Dylan's youtubes I never thought about long term as far as keeping size/physique long term. With sarms I am able to do that. I'm determined to get my quality of life back and I believe with you guys and this forums along with sarms, clean eating, working out that I can do that!
 
bro im lost... did you read the cycle layout??? you said you already had lgd and i gave you the links to get THE REST of the stack... im completley lost... i mean, the layout i gave you HAS LGD included in it... im sorry but i dont get it

I understand enjoying your life and all that bro. I try to do that myself as much as possible. You just have to learn how to balance things without it consuming everything you do. My wife doesn't share the same lifestyle as me but we've come to an understanding on diet, and she knows which days we have a meal together that isn't my typical bodybuilding food. She even helps me prep all my clean meals for the week. We have a great system and it works well so it can be done. Just keep in mind that diet is the biggest key to the puzzle brother

We go in spirts. Well so good for months and the then kinda fall off. I hate the taste of left overs so wee cook every single day, which gets irritating after a while. Once we get back on track we might try cooking in bulk and the freezing the food? I've heard it tastes better that way lol. And hoesnrly part of it is my fault for not helping more. We both work a second shift job. I'm a body piercer and she tattoos so we get home by 9pm and then a lot of times she has to draw when she gets home. I don't have to do anything when I get home but with having low t I'm completely exhausted by the time I get home that a lot of time I just go to bed. All sounds like an excuse to most people but it's the truth. We will make it though. With being able to find this forum and the help from everyone, it will get me on the right track

For those of us who have had Low T, myself included, we understand how bad it can be. Low t can negatively impact ones life in many regards. Getting that straightened out is important. I know Defy Medical will do consultation and prescriptions all over the phone. My buddy goes thru them. Basically you call them, do a consultation, send them blood work verifying Low T and they send you your Testosterone. Although they do not accept insurance. Your right, 500mg is not a TRT dose, in fact, anything over 200mg/week is not a TRT dose. There are also other things ( Ex. Hematocrit/RBD )that need to be monitored while taking Testosterone, either by a doctor or yourself once you educate yourself. This means regular blood test. The greater the dose you take, the greater the chances for side effects. As I said before, nutrition will be the biggest determining factor in achieving your goals. You will need to eat specific to your goal. IE. Calorie Surplus/Calorie Deficit. If you wing it and shoot from the hip, you will get half ass results. Not trying to be harsh, just the truth.
 
I've heard a lot of great things from defy medical. I just don't know I feel doing everything over the phone. I think between the forum and Dylan and having a baseline from when I went to the doctor before I'll be able to get on track. I know 120mg my free t was only 8.7 so I'm going to increase it to 150mg and then get more bloodwork done. When I do do bloodwork through the doctor all they were checking for was test levels, and estridol. Nothing else. And that alone was $1300 every 6 weeks. Once I get on track I will be counting my macros and tracking it with my fitness pal. And then just drill it into my head that if my wife and I want to go to dinner I can see eat healthy or as close to my fitness goals as needed and enjoy the changes.
 
$1300 every 6 months! Ya, fuck that. What was your Estrogen? Only reason I asked was that my Free Test levels simply went up by lowering my estrogen with an AI.
 
Yea it was nuts. $150 just to see the doctor. Then all the pills they had me on plus pills they were having me try, plus blood work, plus the testosterone plus the hcg. I just simple don't have the money any more.
 
My estrogen wilhile on 120mg I believe was around 90 as well with free t. Being 8.7. After the other doctor took me off my trt eveyrhing tanked and my free t was 7.6 and my estridol was 25. He told me that everything looked fine at those levels! I argued and said well then what did the other doctor have me on trt then with higher numbers then that. All he said is I can check you again in another 6 weeks. I stormed out and said enough is enough and just tried doing things my self. Which haven't worked out great either. But it can do things for 1/4 of the cost and hopefully get things where they need to be along with research and this forum
