Lifting experience: various excerrsise programs over most of my life, always been athletic. Professional bodybuilder or in competitions? No.
Currently workouts: 4/5 times a week.
Physical comdition: Considered very good since recovering from bad auto accident after being hit by two cars on autostradă. First cross median and hit me head on while on motorcycle. Second ran over me after I landed into on coming traffic and get dtagged under car for 75 feet. All said and done? I have been broken in 218 places, most every bone in me body once and some twice. My left side? Living tissue and muscle over metal/bone endo skeleton.
Current cycle: Test 350/week and Tren A 450 mg/week!
Routine: Fly at 85 kg 60 reps.
Leg press: 163 kg 75 reps
Lifts: 55 kg for 60 reps.
Side to side barbell: 28 kg 60 reps
Pull ups: 88.50 kg (totul body weight) 60 reps.
Sitting dumbell bicep curls: 16 kg 50 reps.

Other relevant experience: Full time medical student getting degree in ortopaedic medicine, current LMA, EMS certified and student RN.
