Only a qualified Dr ( hopefully an Endrocrinologist)
can accurately do it this
There are MANY causes of low T that are treatable without TRT
Alcohol
Opiates
High bf
Cortisteroids
Stress
Low iron
Low zinc
Low free T due to high prolactin
One lab result doesn't mean anything more than further investigation is needed
Lab values vary widely due to testing time and conditions
It's best to draw blood early morning fasting
I agree completely with this. I'm not saying to jump into TRT by any means, but to work towards correcting the issues that may be giving the low t in the first place
