Hey everyone!
I'm a major newbie to the whole SARMs world, but super excited to get going.
Basically i'm a 21 year old Aussie chick, been active all my life, soccer and long distance running as a younger girl, and just consistently focussed on fitness health, self improvement and all that great stuff.
Lately I've been really increasing my training, weights, cardio, flexibility, and I'm super interested to see how far I can go with fitness, and so will be undergoing a 12 week course and seeing where it takes me.
My biggest aims are increasing endurance - particularly with cardio because that is where I've noticed early fatigue most recently, improving recovery, as well at losing fat and just basically toning up more.
Super excited to get more females into fitness and athleticism and hopefully I can be a bit of a role model for this and encourage more strong women to get involved.
