Whats up guys, so im 5'8" 215lbs not really too sure on body fat %. Ive been using cardarine a week now and it's great stuff but im curious about the dosing, so I found that 10mg in the morning before my 5am workout and 10mg before my 5pm run works great. I did the 20mg in the morning for a few days but by late afternoon I am completely burnt out. Does taking the full dose in the morning really make a difference?

Also I was curious about stacking it with something else but I am not sure what to use since cardarine is the only thing ive tried beside a pre workout. My goals are to get to around 200lbs, I do crossfit style workouts and log 20+ miles of running a week.

look into S4 to add..... then of course SR9 as well.. you can stack both with the GW and see some awesome results... in my opinion... if the split dose really works for you... go ahead and split.... 10 /10 ....

I recently purchased cardarine and am unsure of dosage. I read on line that 20mg per day is the correct dosage but liquid milliliters can not be converted into mg'S please advise I need help. Thanks
 
your bottle should have that info on the label 20mg/ 1mi.... just say you have a 30ml bottle and put 1 gram of power in it divide 1000/mg by 30ml equal 33mg per 1 ml
 
20 MG Per day dosed ONCE a day 30 minutes prior to your workout... try to keep the timing consistent on non workout days as well... 24 hour splits

i would highly recommend adding s4 and sr9009 to the stack bro... thats the six pack stack... you will need to finish with a mini pct after 12 weeks of s4 but gw and sr9009 have NO suppression... this is an ultimate cutting stack.. here is the link for the mini pct and the stack layout...

Got another question , been looking into starting my first cycle of test e to stack along with my sarms. I am 25 yrs old btw. What is the minimum dose I can take just to boost energy and recovery?

Based on your stats I'm guessing bodyfat is somewhat elevated, and you really need to be in better shape before you start adding test or any aas
 
Yea I'm definitely looking to drop some weight. I wouldn't go as far to saying body fat is elevated, my waist is a 35 and neck is 17, I just have some meaty legs lol

i can't answer that without either seeing a pic or you figuring out your body fat... also, you may not understand what we mean with elevated.. you probably assume we mean like extremely overweight which is not the case in the scenario... its elevated considered where it needs to be for steroid use is the point that was being made but if you have a pic, i can easily tell you where you are at

all good bro.. you have a good base but you are 20% or more... there's no way you are in the right condition for steroids... NOW, you can definitely get there so DO NOT be discouraged whatsoever but noone is going to advise steroid use in your current condition bro

Ok thanks Dylan never touched them and going to wait till the time is right. Going to keep killing this cardio with gw, dropped 4 mins off an average 5 mile time so I know it's working.
