Whats up guys, so im 5'8" 215lbs not really too sure on body fat %. Ive been using cardarine a week now and it's great stuff but im curious about the dosing, so I found that 10mg in the morning before my 5am workout and 10mg before my 5pm run works great. I did the 20mg in the morning for a few days but by late afternoon I am completely burnt out. Does taking the full dose in the morning really make a difference?
Also I was curious about stacking it with something else but I am not sure what to use since cardarine is the only thing ive tried beside a pre workout. My goals are to get to around 200lbs, I do crossfit style workouts and log 20+ miles of running a week.
