Hi members. I'm 44 5' 11" 230 lbs. grew up in the gym but stopped around 28 or 29 years old. Just recently started back exactly 1 year ago. Glad I found this forum because the more I Google and YouTube the more confused I get. I'm looking to educate myself before my first cycle. I'm not looking to compete or be overly huge. Just to lean out and then bulk up the right way. I appreciate all the help and knowledge in advance.
