Just want to throw the jab out there and sat hi. I've bounced around and looked at a few other forums. My training experience is high but new to the world of AAS and SARMs. I ran my first cycle first cycle about 6 months ago after researching for a few years, passively. I met a at the gym and I bought stuff from him, probably way too expensive, but it was what it was. It took a couple weeks of to get it and during that time, I began to really aggressively study up. I came across one of Dylan's videos and I liked his conservative approach to using AAS. My guy wanted me on 500-750mg weekly for 10 weeks of test, 30-50mg daily for 6 weeks dbol, 3-4 weeks of 50-30mg daily of clomid for pct. I'm really glad I watch Dylan on youtube. I'm a combat athlete and I'm OK with getting a little bigger and heavier but I didn't want to get huge and the videos stressed the importance of PCT. I was able to change my order, and this is what I ran.
500mg wkly for 10 wk of test E
30-60mg daily of var for 6 weeks
PCT I ran nolva and clomid
I went from 150lbs at 5ft 7 and 8-9% body fat, up to 175 and sub 5%. I legitimately had to fight go keep my weight from getting any higher. I stopped all lifting after week 5, and just did body weight. I had a kickboxing match that I needed to weigh in @ 146, yes I made weight, and put it all back on by fight time, yes I won.
My work load went though the roof and training and diet got put on the back burner and even with that, my weight stayed steady at 165.
My next cycle is planned and my next competition is set further out. I still feel I ran my test a little too high and this time I'll tone it back, and this time run tool with it plus a solid pct. I'm not side effect prone at all and will run a SARM cycle after pct. I'll post results and do before and after pics this time around. It will be an experience to see how my body reacts with less restrictions.
