who told you to use orange juice? i know it wasn't me.. grapefruit juics is what you should chase with...

mk677 is 25 MG/ML meaning there is 25 mg in ONE ML... ONE ML is a full dropper, so that is 25 mg but each sarm has a different concentration level...

i hope i didnt say any misinformation, but it might have been one of the older videos on here OR, one that i saw on youtube. but i will double check. any benefit of the GFJ or the OJ?

yes brother... there is a major benefit... grapefruit juice provides maximum absorption of anything you take...

i also understand what you were saying about the dosage for each of the sarms as well. basically each bottle has about 30 doses in them and each one has a different strength for that product.
so based off that i can take what i need in the morning correct?

yes exactly bro.. here's an example... like i said, 677 is 25 mg/ml but GW is only 20 MG/ML so you just have to pay attention to each one and your good bro

so a quick trip to the store on the base. this will have to do till i can get some better GFJ
 
well its my 3rd day taking my sarms and so far so good. i'm starting to get used to the taste thanks to taking some GFJ right afterwards with them. the only issue i am having is i am a ltlle gassy mid-day.

is this normal considering i am new to this set-up? or maybe its the tuna and eggs i eat for breakfast?

Do you believe black pepper extract is just as good for this as well? Or would you say nothing is better than grapefruit juice?


Black pepper has the ability to inhibit glucuronidation, which is a process that the body uses to make substances more water-soluble. This allows them to be eliminated from the body through urination. When this process is inhibited, it seems that the bioavailability of some substances is increased. I would not say its more effective for absorption than grapefruit juice though... can it help? yes... is it the best way... no

Eggs are notorious for gas man. I'd say that's your culprit. Sarms don't have anything that would cause it
