Cycle Experience: 1. Test Only 12wks. 2. Test & winny. 3. Test, EQ, & Winny. 4. (Test, EQ, & Anavar for injury rehab) 5. GW-501516 & SR-9009 (loved it)
Goals are to stay in the 190-200 pound body weight range. 8-10% body fat. Basically have the most lean mass, strength, muscle endurance, and vo2 max I can possible achieve and maintain in that body weight range. I do mostly CrossFit style training, HIIT, Oly lifting, and power lifting. I was at one point a Regionals level competitor in CrossFit until I blew my shoulder out the beginning of 2013. It put me out for about a year hence my 4th cycle I did to help my rehab and recovery. I have not done a cycle in a little over 2 yrs, but I had a sarms experience last Fall that I listed above and loved it. I'm recently coming back from a back injury that put me out for almost 3 months so training consistently has been hard, but so far so good. I do not recover even like I did at age 30. So another goal of mine is healing, recovery, and injury prevention. I have everything on hand AAS, SERMS, AI, HCG, and should have my blood work back shortly. I will have blood work done several time during this cycle, and after pct. I like long cycles and this will be 20wks. I know how to diet. I do zone, and have dropped my body fat% slowly to maintain strength and muscle, but getting injured has made things hard. I'm going to get it a little lower before I start. I have paid my dues naturally before ever doing my first cycle. I've played sports and lifted my whole life. I naturally achieved a 300+ Bench, 400+ Backsquat, and a 500+ Deadlift, and still run around a 7 min mile and a body weight of 185-190.
Below is my cycle & sarms protocol for the goals I have listed. I'm looking for feedback, possible tweaks, and experience.
Test E 250mg wk 1-12 (I prefer to run test at a low dose, open to suggestions)
300mg wk 13-20
EQ 400mg, 500mg ,600mg,700mg, 800mg wk 1-19 (I would like to stay at the lowest effective dose for my goals, open to suggestions.)
Winny 50mg first 45 days, and last 55 days (I am sensitive to minor joint discomfort from winny. Best suggestion to combat this???)
Aromasin 12.5mg eod wk 1-30
Clomid 50,50,50,50,25,25,25,25
Nolvadex 40,40,40,40,20,20,20,20
HCG 1000iu wk 3-22 (This is to maintain fertility, Nelson Vergel protocol)-Supported by Dr. Rand
