New to the forum. My next cycle protocol. Thoughts, tweaks, your experience???

Cycle Experience: 1. Test Only 12wks. 2. Test & winny. 3. Test, EQ, & Winny. 4. (Test, EQ, & Anavar for injury rehab) 5. GW-501516 & SR-9009 (loved it)

Goals are to stay in the 190-200 pound body weight range. 8-10% body fat. Basically have the most lean mass, strength, muscle endurance, and vo2 max I can possible achieve and maintain in that body weight range. I do mostly CrossFit style training, HIIT, Oly lifting, and power lifting. I was at one point a Regionals level competitor in CrossFit until I blew my shoulder out the beginning of 2013. It put me out for about a year hence my 4th cycle I did to help my rehab and recovery. I have not done a cycle in a little over 2 yrs, but I had a sarms experience last Fall that I listed above and loved it. I'm recently coming back from a back injury that put me out for almost 3 months so training consistently has been hard, but so far so good. I do not recover even like I did at age 30. So another goal of mine is healing, recovery, and injury prevention. I have everything on hand AAS, SERMS, AI, HCG, and should have my blood work back shortly. I will have blood work done several time during this cycle, and after pct. I like long cycles and this will be 20wks. I know how to diet. I do zone, and have dropped my body fat% slowly to maintain strength and muscle, but getting injured has made things hard. I'm going to get it a little lower before I start. I have paid my dues naturally before ever doing my first cycle. I've played sports and lifted my whole life. I naturally achieved a 300+ Bench, 400+ Backsquat, and a 500+ Deadlift, and still run around a 7 min mile and a body weight of 185-190.

Below is my cycle & sarms protocol for the goals I have listed. I'm looking for feedback, possible tweaks, and experience.

Test E 250mg wk 1-12 (I prefer to run test at a low dose, open to suggestions)
300mg wk 13-20

EQ 400mg, 500mg ,600mg,700mg, 800mg wk 1-19 (I would like to stay at the lowest effective dose for my goals, open to suggestions.)

Winny 50mg first 45 days, and last 55 days (I am sensitive to minor joint discomfort from winny. Best suggestion to combat this???)

Aromasin 12.5mg eod wk 1-30

Clomid 50,50,50,50,25,25,25,25

Nolvadex 40,40,40,40,20,20,20,20

HCG 1000iu wk 3-22 (This is to maintain fertility, Nelson Vergel protocol)-Supported by Dr. Rand

Mk-2866 wk 1-8, 22-26

GW-501516 wk 1-12, 22-38

SR-9009 wk 26-38

MK-677 1yr

Looking for suggestions on the best cycle/liver support you've ran, and well as supplementation for the cycle i'm running and the goals that I have.

Read the new to the forum sticky. Probably should of read that first. I thought my post was tmi. Guess not after reading sticky, and left out cycle length and pct.

First cycle was 12wks pct was standard c 50/50/25/25 n 40/40/20/20. second was 16wks pct the same. Third was 20wks pct was the same extended to 6 weeks. 4th was the same as third. And the sarms were ran for 12 weeks, and no pct obviously.

Does anyone think my pct for up coming cycle to aggressive? Still looking for some feedback. I have experience, but most of you are way more advanced than me. If everything looks good to go let me know to. I plan on updating progress along the away. Thanks guys

i like most of this bro... your hcg is fucking insane though and that is completely out of line... i dont care what dr. rand said... i have 10 years of experience watching person after person have issues with prolonged hcg use... that is absolutely ridiculous on that front... on a cycle like this, i can see 6 weeks total but i even hate using it that long.... you do what you want but its insane to run that much... your test dose is completely fine bro... i hate how you are wasting eq though... you need to run it 800 mg start to finish if you want to utilize it to its max capabilities... i want you to watch my video on using mk2866 to combat the issues with winstrol... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wOcT5bVcmY&t=35s

i like an aggressive pct so im all for that... aromasin dose is good. sarms you are using are perfect... i love the compounds you have picked.... where are you getting your sarms? keep in mind that mk677 needs to be ran for a year continuously without cycling off… also, 677 is faked everywhere due to the extremely high cost of production… www.sarmsx.com has pure mk677… the very best you can find…
 
Thanks Dylan, I'll do the HCG your way. Last time I ran EQ it was at 400 the first time and 600mg the second. This will be the first time at 800mg, but I have plenty to make that happen. Thanks for the video link. I forgot I watched that before, and thank you for the compliment on compound choices I made. My sarms will be bought at the same place I bought the gw and sr last fall.... Sarmsx. Had a great experience with them. Body fat % is still not where it needs to be, but very soon. Any recommendations on an all in one cycle support??? There are so many out there. I used to do the take 10 different supplements approach, but really want to do a one and done daily. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I take my overall health seriously, and looking at the long term of this journey I've chosen.
 
Thanks Dylan, I'll do the HCG your way. Last time I ran EQ it was at 400 the first time and 600mg the second. This will be the first time at 800mg, but I have plenty to make that happen. i love that you take your health so serious... that says a lot about you and i love that... cel cycle assist is a good one that has been around a very long time... thats one i often use... everything else looks great and you are getting the best quality sarms you can find.. im looking forward to your results!
