I read so many info on Sarms I'm kind of confused. I've never used Sarms I want to gain lean muscles what Sarms stack be good for a beginner?

First off what is your stats (age, height , weight , BF %, years training , previous cycles if any , goals ). We need to know these things to assist you . We don't know your goals .... are you trying to bulk, cut , recomp hence why we ask these things .
 
I'm 45yrs old 143lbs I been working out for about 15yrs as I'm getting older I'm getting a belly my last bf was 15% I've used steriods before like 10yrs ago I recently used prohormes but lost everything I gained I like to bulk up but lose the fat if that's possible..

You can put on some lean muscle and lose fat but you need to be realistic whats possible trying to do both together . For me a stack of RAD140. S4 and GW sounds solid that will help with solid gains , good strength increases while helping with fat loss . I ran this stack before as a recomp and defiantly gained some lean mass and dropped bf . Diet and training is essential with whatever goal your trying to achieve

weeks 1- 12
RAD140 20mg dosed daily
S4 50mg split 4-6 hours apart (25mg x2)
GW 20mg dosed daily

weeks 9-12
POST CT

PCT weeks 13-16
Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg daily
 
1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
