Mini pct 13-16
clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day
for you and your wife just runs it stand alone at 12.5 mg per day the first two weeks then bump it to 25 mg per day

if you run the proper pct you should be fine on sustainability of gains if you continue to be consistent with diet and training... thats on you bro

What is rad140 d aspartic acid and what are they used for?
If my wife and I were to run MK and GW as a stack, would we still dose the GW at 20mg/day during the on cycle? Would she need a lower dose?

Rad140 is a very good sarm for strength and lean mass gains
D aspartic acid is used to help stimulate LH and make pct go that much more smooth
Camels and males use the same dose of GW. There's no need to lower that dose for females
