Hello. I once was a fit person with only 10% body fat and with a really sculpted body about 10 years ago but life happened and I had to make a living and work got the best of me. I started at 165lbs and now I'm 209lbs (220 before I started having the active lifestyle I once had). No more tone. I still go to the gym but very rarely through these 10 years. I play basketball too to maybe just slow the 'fattening' lol but I wasn't even concerned with what I eat.
Now I have made good money and I can relax and party with people, I slowly started to think and eat healthy again. I had a hard time just having the motivation throughout those years but just about a month ago I had a good party with good company (with substance) and it has reset my mind and now I feel more energetic.
I'm 32yo, 5'9" 209lbs currently. I started working out (going to the gym) about 17 days ago and only took 2 days off (out of town) but was still doing push ups, sit ups. I also started being concerned of what I eat and now I eat healthy. So now I've lost 11 lbs. I have glimpses of what I felt when I was really active 10-15 years ago. I planned a Clenbuterol cycle and actually bought it and was on it for 6 days until I stumbled upon some threads here with Dylan saying its sides are bad and yes, I felt those but only minimal. I stopped it around 9 days ago.
Sorry if I bored you with a long introduction story but I'm here for a cycle so let's get onto it. I have read plenty of threads here including Dylan's stickies and have decided to follow his 'Cutting' cycle with 3 stack to start with. I bought GW501516, SR9009 and S4 and they are already being delivered. How will I dose it and for how long? And for my PCT, what would be best? I would prefer a 45-day cycle, is that okay? If not, it's okay too.
