Can anyone let me know how things are shipped - i.e., do they come in a big box with "SARMSX" plastered all over it, or is it discreet?

It's very discreet, and doesn't say anything about sarms or sarmsx anywhere on the labeling

Was also curious if anyone could help explain the "healing" effects, and which one(s) it was that had "healing" effects. Was just curious if it would help with my shoulder. In addition to the impingement, which by the way is actually getting better with the stretches and light weight exercises I have been doing for it, I think I strained my anterior deltoid the other day. Other than this, I am interested in the overall well-being benefits.

Somewhere in all I have been looking at / reading, I think I saw that for "beginners", GW could be taken at 10mg vs 20mg. Is that correct, or does it need to be the actual 20mg / day each morning?
Also, in some of the reading I have done, some have taken the GW in split dose - i.e., 10mg AM and 10mg before workout. Is this an option, or again, should it be taken 20mg / day each morning?
I do hope that I'm not annoying anyone with my questions. I know everyone here so far has been more than helpful and the info on the fourms is tremendous! I have just seen / read so much with some of the info being just a little different that I want to get both the most for my money (if 10mg / day is an option) and the best information (split dose vs single). I am on the verge of "pulling the trigger" on my order, so, when it gets here, I want to have my "ducks in a row" and know exactly what I'm doing and how I'm supposed to do it. I'm guessing that most everyone here was kinda the same way when they FIRST started...???
