Hello everyone, first post here, new to all of this and have been learning a lot of the past couple of months. What has me interested in learning is that my husband, who is about to turn 35, has decided to take it to the next level and try gear. We are trying to learn what he needs to do and not do, especially about trusted sources. Seems that there are lots of scams online. Thanks and look forward to learning and any help.

first and foremost why are you as his wifey speaking for him why don't he get a logon. we need some stats height weight bf% years of training experience. is he on test replacement therapy? is he afraid of needles? blah blah blah give us the life story within training and lifting and goals.

the sources here are great and very trustworthy, glad you guys came here first rather than later in the middle of a cycle with milky tits
1. Get some bloodwork completed a full female hormone panel so you have a baseline on bloods.
2. Do yours and his due diligence on what each thing does, what sides to look for etc etc and always know what you need for an AI and other organ protectors before you take the first draw out of a vial and always ask questions here we are all about safety and longevitiy and helping people.
you may not get the answer you want to hear but you will get the right answer

Welcome to isarms. We are glad to have you here, but Your husband should create his own account so we can help him better.

We have some awesome sources on this forum so you are in good hands. I represent one of the best, which is Biotech Labs that I'd be happy to help you with. Just send me a pm and tell me a little more about yourself and your husband and I'll get you a price list

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

Great advise brother!!!

Well since you're here and he ain't... "How're you doin?"

Just kidding welcome to the forum and as stated above we need your husbands stat's and history in order to give proper recommendations. Again, welcome Sis!

I am speaking for him because I worry about him getting hurt. He is looking to bulk up and add some lean muscle. I want him to get the best help he can. He's currently not taking anything, he's skinny, 6"5 235.

skinny? lol that's pretty fuckin jacked IMO. i guess id have to see him. well is he not willing to listen or what? and i don't mean disrespect but it would seem to me you will be "nagging" him. especially if he doesn't want to hear the right advice. you cannot help folks that aren't willing to help themselves. i really hope he will logon and both of you guys learn and maybe you can find something interested for you as well like sarms.

at 6'5" he is at average weight and probably does look quite skinny... we are not talking about someone 6'0" at 235... this is quite different... i completely understand where she is coming from because its very probable he does look skinny at that height..

i can help with everything but i need several answers to things going forward...

stats? age/height/weight/body fat? training experience in years? MAIN goals from the cycle? it would be highly beneficial for him to be on here asking and learning as well...

Yep, exactly. 235 isn't very big when you are 6'5". I have a friend that is 6'5" and 240 and he doesn't look very big either. I dwarf him on size and I'm 190, but I'm also only 5'9" lol

absolutely... the taller you are, obviously the higher the bone density which is automatically going to put you at that weight... thats why its called "average weight" because they base it on factors like that... you know first hand, a guy your height, with your size makes that guy 6'5" look extremely skinny

He does want to get the right advice, that's why I'm on here. Like I said, I don't want him to get hurt or buy something from a bad source. He is very interested in getting started on a cycle, he works out regularly and is looking to put on some muscle. He's not super skinny, just wants to add some size to his arms, chest and legs.

Exactly. It's not like he's skin and bones, he is just wanting to add some muscle tone especially his arms chest and legs. He's in good shape, just looking to put on 20 pounds of muscle. I just want him to be safe and not get hurt or take something that could mess him up because it's crap. He wants to start a cycle and like you said start out slow and build his way up.

Honestly I think it would be a great idea for him to start with a sarms stack and go from there. Sarms are extremely safe with no side effects really to speak of, and they are very effective for building muscle mass and strength.

Here is a great cycle for him, and you can get everything from www.sarmsx.com
