I often get criticized for never showing my legs and for the fact I often wear warm up pants to the gym so every now and then I feel the need to post some leg pics... For someone that can barely train legs due to the fact of the back injuries I have suffered in my younger years, I think they are decent... Now, you have to take into consideration all the cardio I do utilizing my legs for this sort of shaping... Here are a few pics...

Calves look great Dylan, do you do leg pressing or extensions, maybe seated calf raises or anything besides just brutal amounts cardio?
its pretty limited... i try to do walking lunges but it just fucks my back up... seated leg press and calf raises are about my extent but you have to understand how hard i stairclimb 5 days a week and then running and elliptical so it balances it out... i would overtrain my legs if i did huge lifts on them as it is...
 
Looking good bro! I wasn't blessed with huge calves, so I have to hit them three times per week to keep them in proportion to my quads

i appreciate it bro.. we all have our good parts and bad parts and just have to put in the work on everything, regardless of its our strong or weaker part...
 
I'll say this Dylan.....calves as you know are probably the number one weak bodypart for most guys, no matter how hard they train them....and You have some sick calves bro! Nice!
 
Dylan, stay away from tight spandex... With your calves popping the way they are in those pictures, you'll end up with two "camel toes"... [emoji23]

thank you brother, i really appreciate that... i dont show them much and probably should more but i just always like to wear warm up pants for some reason... i dont know why to be honest but with all the cardio training on them i get a really nice results
