TRT Running Test Cyp 250 once a week
Goals Lose body fat,then gain some mass
Supplements Bucked up pre workout protein powders Bccas Nitric Oxide booster and a whole list of vitiamins
General idea of nutrition Lots of bran rice sweet potatoes, Chicken tuna eggs some greens carrots
Any other relevant info Looking for advice on adding orals to my next cycle

Thank you bro been training longer then a year i just put one year since ive quit cigs and drinking ran that cycle got blood work done everything was fine but really need to lower body fat got everything ready for my next cycle how long would you say do cardio a day i get about 10000 steps a day from work thank you

You definitely need to focus on dropping your bodyfat to 12-15% before you run another cycle... cycling at your bodyfat is not safe
 
Thank you Gian Next cycle was gonna be test deca then switch to prop and npp and gonna use dbol or anadrol in beginning and got some tren Ace got some AIs to but i dont wanna start untill i drop about 10 15% body fat i am taking test 250 cyp one time a week. Been doing about 30 mintues stair climber and lifting heavy 4 days a week.

Are you using an AI? If you’re running 250mg of test per week, you should be controlling estrogen with an AI...

also, 250mg per week is not a TRT dose bro ... that’s a small cycle ... 100-150 is TRT...

Yes got Aromasin spilt up each week and o thank you good to know so i need to cut that in half .

Went to doctor levels came back 309 he wanted to give it to me to be honest i took gear back in the day with alot pain killers really messed myself up now trying to get healthy this best i have felt in my life use to be 250 pounds 40% body thank you for response

It's to high for TRT.
If I run other compounds with test trt dose i don't go higher than 125mgs per week.

And your cycle isn't the best for lower your bodyfat and with this cycle you need to be really strict with your diet or you will blow up and hold a lot of water.

Try to get a strict meal plan and pin in on your fridge and just eat when it's time to eat follow this plan strictly and you will get good results in losing body fat and don blow up like crazy.

And you do cardio every time you lift? So 4 times a Week?

I will lower the the test like your saying and that cycle im not gonna start for a while going to lock done eating right and cardio wanna do it the right way needed some advice thank you for advice.

I agree 250 is too high for TRT but you really need to bloodwork to dial it in. Don't go by a dosage that another person does. Everyone is different.

Thank you for response i was taking more doctor said to cut it by a 3rd all my blood work was good and everything else thyroid etc. Going to get blood work done soon gonna cut that dose down .
 
Thetes not a legit doctor or endo out there that is going to prescribe 250mg of test per week. That's way above normal ranges. You definitely need to lower that for health reasons bro
 
yes brother, there is so much wrong here i honestly dont know where to start... 200 is the TOP END you should ever use trt and thats even pretty high... you need to lose steroids from your brain for a very long time... you have a long way to go before thats even on the table man... you have done great so far dropping your body fat but i assure you, using steroids at that high of a body fat is extremely dangerous and a huge detriment to short and long term health... sarms would be an excellent option to look at right now but steroids are completely out of the question...

Thank you think im going to do 125 a week and just get my body fat down ill read into some sarms.
