I'm a 46 year old male with naturally low testosterone levels. Last check put me 120 points under minimal. I was offered gel and shots and turned them both down.

I've been hitting the gym fairly hard for about a year and have made some gains. However, my weight loss is super minimal seemingly no matter my cardio or diet. I've done 1k calories for 2 months combined with HIIT cardio 2x a day and I lost 2 pounds. It was a little depressing.

I've recently added 1-Androstene-3b-ol,17-one as a supplement. Whether it's mind over matter or actually from the supplement, my energy levels in the gym have increased as has my endurance. The product I'm taking says there is no need for cycle support with this product.

However, a product with these ingredients: Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol), Byroviron (Bryonia Lacionosa), Safed Müsli 50%, Magnesium (as Magnesium Aspartate), Androsta-3, 5-Diene-7, 17-Dione, 5-Alpha-Hydroxy-Laxogenin, Zinc (as mono-L-Methionine and aspartate), DHEA, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine Hcl), Bioperine (Black Pepper Fruit Extract), Magnesium Stearate, Rice Powder, is recommended as PST after a 4 or 8 week cycle.

I wanted to add SARMS to my supplements but am not really certain where to start. I've read a bit on testolone and ostarine.

My goal isn't bulk or super lean..it's just to be more fit.. and some weight loss.

I'm 5'10 and 230lbs. I have no idea my body fat. I would like to get to 200 to 210.

I have no idea bout stacking SARMs or Cycle Support or PST.. i see links for stuff.. but I do know I'm not keen on taking anything affecting my vision. It's already bad enough LOL

Thanks y'all

Welcome! Look at those links about SARMs and figure out which one(s) you'd be interested in using. Is there a specific reason you turned down the gel/shots? With such low test levels, it'll be hard to make a lot of progress through the use of other supplements. SARMs might help a bit, but the gel/shots are worth reconsidering in my opinion.

As for the diet you mentioned, do you mean you ate 1k calories a day for 2 months? That's insanely low and would likely hinder your ability to lose weight. A diet of around 1.8-2k calories would probably have better results.

I have read some stuff about sn cardiovascular problems and an increased risk of prostate cancer

I wouls like a stack but i am a bit scared of S4 with the vision side effects.

Also if i do the gel or shots how eould i factor in SARMS?

And if i dont do the gel or shots how do i factor in SARMS with my current supplement.

I was mostly looking at testolone and gw.

As for the diet.... that was the advice i was given....start at 1500 a day snd lower it ever week by 100 until i started losing weight.

Also any support and pct.

Thanks for the input guys

I think you're getting a lot of misinformation about testosterone replacement and your diet. You're eating 1500 calories a day? that's not enough for a teenage girl.

Eating that little put your body in Starvation mode; your body's going to be holding onto as much as it possibly as fat so it can to survive.
