Hey everyone! I've been using isarms for a while, decided it was finally time to sign up.

I'm 25, 5'10, 186 lbs, about 10-11% bf
I've been lifting for 7 years, and I have a few cycles under my belt. I'm currently working at a gym and pursuing a degree in exercise science. I hope to compete one of these days.
This place is full of knowledge and support. Looking forward to learning all there is to know and making plenty of gains with my brothers in iron!
