I'm 42 been lifting very seriously only about 6 years , I started with test just to grey levels up and we'll you know how it goes from their HOOKED , I'm huge on diet I'm more of a beach body kind of guy
Currently 195 at about 14% so need to lean up a bit but not too bad , I have ran some high dose cycles with tren being my main cycle of choice, I'm lucky that I'm not effected much with the sides some guys get I sweat like a pig but other than that I sleep good and mood is good , orals never seem to do well for me so I don't take them deca fucks with my dick so I have to run my test really high. And as long as their's tren why run deca imo , I did npp for 8 weeks and that didn't fuck with my dick , anyway, glad to be hear
