Welcome bro! Why don't you post the rest of your stats so we know what we're working with? Height, weight, bf% training experience, years of training, goals, daily diet including macro nutrient breakdown, supplements if any, etc...

Getting your diet right and building consistency in the gym and kitchen is where you need to start.

Sarms are a good thing to start with as well to help you achieve a good body composition goal. They are excellent for building lean mass and strength while losing bodyfat coupled with the right diet and training. I'd be happy to help you set something up
