Hi guys... Brand new here although I've been reading up for a few weeks now... Planning my first cycle (ever (of anything)) and looking for a bit of guidance...
I recently had some devastating news and as such am in the worst shape of my life... I used to competitively compete at CrossFit to an intermediate level, travelled all around the world with the sport and loved life until I lost some people very near and dear to me... As a result the past year has been atrocious...
I'm 5'9" currently 110kg @30%BF however my competition weight was 85kg so I stacked on a lot of fat in the past year...
I'm focussing on training and eating well again so I expect to be around 100 when I start my cycle in a month.... Lots more reading and research to do first...
I'm looking to go with something like Dylan's suggestion in a previous post:
1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa
Mini pct 13-16
Questions:
- My mini PCT what would this entail? Clomid or something different?
- A lot of recommendations have told me I only need SR9009 and GW would these two be ok on my first cycle or is it a waste not to include MK and Rad140?
- I've also seen an almost identical cycle that recommended S4 instead of Rad140 so what gives? Which would be better?
I will be training again so would love to recomp at the same time but keen on mostly fat loss at the moment...
