Today my vascularity was really outstanding. EQ is obviously picking up speed and stamina has increased noticeably. I did a double dose of tren on Saturday due to a photo shoot I had over the weekend so the gear is definitely on point in these pics.

Jack, you have a great look. Awesome chest, and a tight midsection in both front and back. Your v taper looks pretty sick too.these are ALL very important things for competing in a physique class, which I think you could fucking rock if you wanted to brother.
I'm envious of the cuts you can make and maintain on your diet. I'd kill to have that type of metabolism. If I start eating too much, I blow up, but not in a good way lol

Lol thanks Rick. I haven't started my 5k calorie diet yet but I'm still eating more than normal. The ExDom tren, masteron and EQ are amaz-az-zing!!

It's been changing for around 6 weeks or so... And growing. I have A.D.D so I'm always changing shit.
I'm on 50mg tren- 250 test- 300mg masteron- 500 EQ a week as we speak.

Chest press machine, cable flyes, push ups and moderate bench press (moderate weight that is)... Not much more usually. Lots of volume. Lots.

Thank you. I remember your post about lateral cable raises with super high volume to round out your delts and I've been doing that, which works great. GAINS.
