i really appreciate that... its no secret that ive always been one to be scared of putting on too much size but being able to add this, all the while, keeping my body fat as it is has me feeling happier than i ever have...

Dylan on that low of a deca dose are you taking anything for prolactin control?

i have caber on hand but to this point, i have not needed it at all... im only at 150 mg per week though brother... once you get above 200, i would probably recommend using caber

I think those 22 lbs is split between delts lol. Seriously though. You are an inspiration. My mental game is too weak right now to hit single digit bf%. Especially 4-5! But I'll get there.
