New Bloods post PCT - need advice

Just another quick update from my Cardiologist and Urologist. They were adamant about higher T not causing issues. Uro flat out said there was "zero risk" negatively affecting the prostate (which kind of surprised me). My Cardiologist also reiterated that he's helped hundreds of patients improve lipids, reduce blood pressure and improve insulin tolerance through supplemental T - getting patients in the high normal. Just need to watch Hematocrit, RBC and overall lipid.

Good to hear. All I can say is that my natural T was around 500-600 and now over 1,000 I feel better than I have in 20 years. Still don't know if I'm jumping the gun on this - and if it's better to go natty and cycle gear -
Or just blast and cruise - but my results in just a short time on supplemental T have been nothing but positive so far

Here's a famous study that concluded that there is an inverse relationship to testosterone levels and heart disease. (Men with high normal T had lower heart disease risk than those with low normal:

http://press.endocrine.org/doi/full/10.1210/jcem.87.8.8762

Here's a study stating the same thing except the patients had diabetes:
http://www.webmd.com/men/news/20030527/low-testosterone-linked-to-heart-disease#1

Here's a great one which shows an inverse in Testosterone to all forms of mortality:

Based on this - every time we pin is like taking a multivitamin and health shake :).

There are many other articles as well. As I mentioned, my doc buddy stated that he has seen improvements in reducing CV risk by putting men on T. Just need to watch PSA and Hemacrit.

would you happen to have any official .GOV or .EDU sights you can link us as the ones you posted are not and are outdated ? if not heres the most recent official review i can find on this topic:

remember this is in regards to The misdiagnosis and overtreatment of hypogonadism could be related to an increased risk, as shown by the Basaria et al's [23] study:

Hi. I'm the Op and let me see if I can explain. Protocol for Sarms is still a mini PCT using Clomid as you pointed out (however the dosing is more like 50/25/25/25. For several reasons - I opted not to use Clomid and went with Nolvadex. My problem is that I did not recover so it's one of several factors: 1) Nolva was bunk but I have faith in SarmsX so I doubt that, 2) Nolva is not as strong as an LH agonist as Clomid so despite the two being relatively interchangeable- it's not the case or 3) my age is making recovery very difficult.

I tried another PCT using both Clomid and Nolvadex (referred to as a full PCT at Nolva 40 and Clomid 50 - but I couldn't stand the sides (likely from Clomid).

This leaves me with running an HPTA restart that involves HCG to get the balls producing Test and then switch over to a pharma grade Serm (hopefully Nolvadex). If either of these phases fail it's TRT time.

what were your sides on clomid.... if I may ask

Extreme anxiety. I was taking 50 mg Clomid and 20 Nolvadex and Aromasin - so maybe it was the combination of the drugs - but from what I read - It seems consistent with Clomid

Awesome to hear bro....and I agree. TRT has been a real life changer for so many in a positive way for how you live your life as well as your health. I know I'm one that can speak from experience on that

Check it out brothers - my post PCT bloods are back and I scored a 900 total test! This was after running 3 weeks of HCG @ 500 IU EOD / 500 / 250 then running Clomid at 25 mg EOD 2 weeks and then 12.5mg ED. Bloods were taken right after PCT ended so I need to see how the HPTA holds up but this is fantastic news!
