My details:
- Height: 6' 0
- Weight: 177lbs
- Body Fat: 15-18%
Current Supplements:
- MyProtein
- L-Carnitine
- CLA
- C4 original pre-workout
- Multivitamins
What I'm looking for and some open questions:
I want to gain lean mass and shred fat at the same time. I know they are two different goals but I heard/read that its achievable by taking SARMS. I was thinking of taking LGD-4033 and stack it with MK-2866 for 8 weeks. Can you please advise if the stack that I'm thinking to take is good or no? if it's good then how should I dose them and for how long? Also, can I drink alcohol(Occasionally) while using SARMS? Will I need to do PCT? if so then what do I need to take to do PCT and for how long? How much calorie intake should I be taking? High protein or High Carbs? Can I still take the supplements that I'm taking currently?Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
