Need help with 1st cycle

Hey man, came across your videos and found them very helpfull.

I just need your help with a couple of things if you dont mind.

Im about to run my 1st cycle. As its my 1st cycle i dont want to over do it so im doing a test only cycle.

My plan is to run test E at 500mg per week for 10 weeks, what i need help with is the pct, i think i should run clomid AND Nolvadex. I want to take as few different things as i can so i would like it to be these 2 at the most. What dossage of each dhould i take and for how long?

brother, you will never only just run one cycle, so you need to understand that before you even attempt this.. i guarantee you that will not happen, period... youll see and learn the hard way... your pct is very incomplete and if you dont want to run a proper pct then fucks sake bro, what exactly are you doing? do you have a wish to hurt yourself?

i cant help without the pertinent information... what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat??? what are your goal?

Also shouldn't he run test E for longer than 10 weeks...or switch to a different Ester if he wants to run it for 10weeks?

You can run it 10 weeks just fine... its best to go 12 but on a first cycle especially, ten is fine
