Battling estro sides should never be something you have to do if you run your AI correctly. Taking an AI is not a reactionary measure to something you "feel," it should be considered preventative maintenance to keep from ever having the sides. Bloodwork is pretty much key on every cycle bro, but consider it almost mandatory when trying to figure out dosages and how your body is reacting to certain compounds. We all react differently and with different severity to each compound, so without bloodwork on cycle, everything is guesswork. Once you start taking nandrolones, you'll see the difference in how you react to elevated prolactin vs estrogen, and without doing bloods you won't even know what might be causing your sides, or if what you are taking for them is even working.
Also, one thing you aren't factoring here is that you're on a long ester compound. Assuming you didn't run any oral kicker, your test is just now building to peak blood levels at weeks 4-5 or so, so your body hasn't really had a reason to aromatize or try to increase production of estro until right about now. Believe me, you can go to bed fine and wake up with puffy nips and lumps. Take the aromasin and run bloods man.
