You guys are definitely right, my diet has been crap. Life has got in the way the last year so now it's time to get on track.
My diet will consist of at least six meals a day
1. Breakfast- eggs, oatmeal, banana
2. Snack- protein shake or chicken breast with rice
3. Lunch-Chicken breast, baked potato(plain) with a vegetable
4. Snack- protein shake or chicken breast with Apple
5. Dinner- lean steak or talapia with brown rice and vegetables
(Workout)
6. Protein shake
That will be mostly what it consist of ,I know I didn't break it down into ounces and cups but I will take any pointers and advice to clean it up or add more and I will for sure check out Ricks thread on dieting if I can find it.
