35 years old male 5'7" 255 pounds 36% body fat Been on and off lifting for 10 years
Was in a bad car accident several years ago and ate myself in a bad place and shape.
I am usually in the gym 5-6 days a week 1 hour of weight lifting and one hour of cardio.
I am averaging about 600-700 calorie a day defecit and I am on a keto diet.
Any suggestions for SARMS or a combination of sarms to help me lose weight and preserve muscles and better yet put some on?
