Have been following Dylan's posts on youtube for a while & that's how I got here. Good stuff.
Brief History:
Age:30years
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 76Kgs,
Body fat: 13-14%
I have some loose skin that needs to be filled with mass to shape up. Dermatologists said burn the lingering fat by adding mass and fill the muscle skin gap. Surgery not required. Taken opinions from specialists. Diet and nutrition is decent. Will elaborate below. I thought i could use steroids in a planned scientific way as an adjunct to help me out. Also because I have aspirations to get stage ready in the future.
I started my gym journey about 5-6 years ago for health concerns. Used to weigh about 90-91Kgs, BF at about 24-26% at that time. Wasn't very consistent in the beginning. Has been a slow and steady process. Bodybuilding has become a passion. I also aspire to compete someday on stage. Been a victim of abuse and body shaming; thus loneliness became my best friend. Bodybuilding gave me hope to be the best me. Today when I see the current me I feel proud to have come this far physically and naturally ofcourse. Hasn't been easy, but so worth it. I want to take my physique goals of building some serious mass and a ripped physique to the next level. I've studied steroids and related drugs on the web and have tried to gather some decent knowledge. I am ready to jump in knowing the pros and cons. Not sure how to plan the dosages- duration etc. Looking for advice to plan a first successful cycle.
Goal: Add mass and reach the 8-10% body fat range with a shredded physique.
Activity and nutrition:
Weight training: 6 days a week (each body part twice a week)
Cardio 15-20mins; 3-4 times in addition to weight training.
Calories: 2300 ( P- 210gms, C- 225gms, Fat 60gms )
Would appreciate the guidance. Also want to be able to keep a respectable amount of gains after PCT. Please help me chalk out the plan of action. Thanks.
