My very first SARMs cycle

Update week 3

So The S4 sides were pretty much gone as soon as I doubled up on bilberry extract. I'm actually thinking about upping the dose a little bit cuz I feel I can tolerate more.
I actually haven't been feeling much of a difference lately on whether or not the SARMs are working. I'm doing pretty good on my diet as well as my training program. Haven't missed a day yet and, besides the weekend, diets been pretty on point. I have dropped around 4 solid pounds in those 2 weeks though so as fatloss, maybe they're doing their thing but as far as strength goes, not so much. I'm going to start going heavier on my sets now to push it a little harder and then I'll update again.

So yeah, that's it so far guys. Going into week 3 ready to kill it. Tomorrow is Crossfit again so I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Glad to hear those S4 sides are pretty much gone for you. Congrats on the fat loss as well. Strength isn't nearly as apparent when you're cutting down, so that may have a lot to do with it.....however I'm sure you still have some gains on the table to be made. Keep up the great work!
 
24 for days into the cycle update.
Started on Nov 6, so I'm noticing recomp prob starting to work now. My normal stance seems to look a bit more defined. Meaning, my arms got that curviness to them, like you can tell I work out kind of definition.

I said last time that I've only lost 4 pounds but people are coming to me and asking me if I have lost weight or somethings... Now, from my experience, 4 pounds aren't really that noticeable on me so I believe I have lost more than 4 but muscle has been built, therefore my not so drastic weight loss.

Speaking of, my body (belly more specifically (hardest part to tone up)) is looking tighter and I don't grab as much fat as before. Now mind you I'm going ham with the diet as well because I want to make this cycle as effective as possible and that is surely helping as well. I unconsciously started doing a keto diet and have stuck to it for 2 1/2 weeks now.

So far I'm liking SARMs a lot because I see results and no signs of acne or anything... In fact I feel pretty darn good and healthy actually. The only thing I can point out is the little sharp pain that I feel every once in a while in one of my nuts... Left one, actually. Does anybody know if this is normal? Aside from that, everything is going peachy. Not even vision issues from S4... Nothing... Just the nut pain.

24 for days into the cycle update.

That's an awesome update my friend! I'm glad you've been having such a great experience with the sarms, and it's a good thing you are really noticing the body composition changes. It appears you've add some decent lean mass while dropping bodyfat which is perfect.

As for the pain in your nuts, that can be normal. Anytime there is any suppression of the HPTA at all, you can experience that. Usually sarms don't cause it much because of the low suppression, but it is possible. It should subside eventually, and when you PCT everything will normalize for sure.
 
Six week update.
Down to 190lbs. Actually, my weight fluctuates between 190-192 which is not bad at all. The important thing in here is that everybody is telling me I look skinnier... So even though it's only been a 6-7lbs weight loss (in 6 weeks btw), I think muscle mass has increased because my clothes fit better than before. My pants specially.
I got about 2-3 more weeks worth of SARMs and I'm liking it so far. They only thing I still notice is that pain in my nuts. Could it be suppression? Any ideas how to combat this?

As far as strength goes, mmmm maybe a little gains but nothing crazy like when I did my test cycles. However, definition in my body is really getting there. So SARMs might be better for fat loss instead of strength gains but that might just be me and the type of training I do. I'm more focused on high reps, moderate weight when I lift and HIIT type of workouts when I do Xfit.

So that's that so far. Thinking about doing a test prop and winny cycle right after this to take advantage of this fat loss cycle I've done. I think my body is primed for it and could really benefit from some mass to really accentuate the muscles. I'm thinking a 6-8 week of just test-winny and I have some anavar in here that I never used before. Would that be a killer lean cycle or not?

As always, open to suggestions and ideas in here.

Nice job guy I'm jealous of your height & weight its beyond me why you would want sarms or steroids your big enough I think you should save your health try some creatine glutamine arginnine agmatine citruline avena sativa sups like that add cordyceps man I'm lucky 8 weeks in & I'm 59 & i'm more vascular than you are but I'm only 5'8" 170lbs so I want to be bigger that nut pain I used to get it way before steroids or sarms left nut goes away if you change your oil bang everything in site & if you can't you better do it alone its necessary I doubt very much that suppression would cause your pain cause thats when mine went away when I pinned AAS's it goes away if you do another cycle you will know if it goes away. But I think you should not cycle anything workout like a bodybuilder lots of pump until your vascular get ripped with natural sups I never gained from AAS's & I'll never know if sarm's are helping because I'm still on AAS's.You won't need anavar with test test will keep you lean save your liver but anavar will make you leaner you look a little to lean to me if I had your height I would want more muscle & vascularity(arginnine agmatine citruline will make you more vascular but your left nut is gonna hurt cause your gonna have a hard on all the time) But what do I know I'm just a jealous old fart LOL good luck to you.

It's slowed me down enough as it is that's why right now I'm only focused on dropping bf but damn that shit is hard man so I'm just taking it one day at a time.

I'm stoked to see where you'll be at the end of the cycle. If you keep continuing at the pace your going now the last month is going to be a dramatic change from where you started. Keep up the hard work bro!
