I haven’t tried any sarms yet (starting next week) so I’d love to get your thoughts on my plan for the next 6 month…
My primary goal/focus is strength. I do a lot of bodyweight stuff, so it’s important for me to have very low levels of bodyfat & not too much size (having high relative strength..).
However, I suffered an injury (full ACL tear) a couple months back, so I’m gonna take the opportunity to build some size since I can’t perform much of what I’d usually do (so my weight isn’t a worry this period).
I’m 21, 6ft tall, currently 185-190lbs at about 12% bodyfat (injury made me fat..).
When my knee is getting back to normal, I’ll cut down (hopefully to about 180-185lbs at 7-8% bodyfat by then) and continue to kick ass.
So, I came up with these 3 stacks to meet all those goals:
Stack 1 - Strength & Size (October -> New Years):
12 weeks LGD. 10mg/day.
8 weeks S4 (beginning at 4 weeks of LGD). 50mg/day in split dosages.
Stack 2 - Mini-PCT (January):
4 weeks Clomid. 50/25/25/25mg. (Is this ED?)
4 weeks MK-2866. 25mg/day.
4 weeks GW. 20mg/day.
Stack 3 - Strength & Cutting (February -> March):
8 weeks GW. 20mg/day.
8 weeks S4. 50mg/day in split dosages.
A couple questions:
- What do you think of this plan?
- As I mentioned, I’m rehabbing an injured knee, so the healing benefits of MK-2866 are certainly interesting.. Would adding it to both stack 1 & 2 and removing it from the Mini-PCT be a good idea for that purpose?
- Do I need any time off before starting stack 3? If so, how long?
- Any additional tips/ideas I could consider?
