My Personal Cortisol (Mild Cushings Disease) Approach

Ok guys, so I pretty much have a mild case of Cushing's due to a hybrid pituitary tumor.

My symptoms are:

mild amount of visceral belly fat that goes no where
Very Slight moon face
Chronic Anxiety & Stress
Cortisol induced muscle catabolism
Reduced energy levels
Hair thinning and Hair loss

All this in a good small 10%-20% calorie deficit

Workout 3 days per week and get some form of steady state cardio everyday

Intermittent fasting has been the game changer for me as far as combating the symptoms

I did the 6-7 meals per day thing (1700 -1900 calories) and it was a total failure.

I've done the carb cycling thing and that got to be too stressful switching carbs daily.

So I've come to this conclusion of what SARMS stack I'm going to use.

So here is my approach and why.

MK-677 ... I'm using this because of its muscle wasting protection through the form of increased GH and increased IGF-1. My igf-1 labs were medium low. Increasing my igf-1 through those means can help with my hair loss and muscle wasting. Also it'll help with my insulin resistance/sensitivity issues.

S4 - The strength gains, I hit the plateau because of the cortisol lowering my natural testosterone to express itself. S4 will insuRE I make gains in spite of cortisol

GW501 - The forced fat oxidation without an increase cortisol and prolactin. Also the muscle protection properties. GW has been a life saver for me in the interim and I will continue it.

Lean Gains by driven sports for cortisol control

ANY thoughts or critics on my reasoning?

First of all I want to commend you for finding a way to combat your cushings disease. I did intermittent fasting for 3 years, and I'm very versed on the topic so I'm fully aware of the benefits you are getting from that dieting approach. You've made a wonderful choice there for your condition.

As far as the sarms stack, I think you are most certainly on the right track with using MK-677 to boost IGF levels, and S4 for strength. GW is PERFECT in this scenario as well, because as you ,any or may not know it actually does impact and lower cortisol! So this is probably the best weapon in your ansenal right here. One other thing I would highly recommend adding to this stack is MK-2866. It will have a profound effect on helping your lean mass, recovery, and strength and has no associated side effects whatsoever. So what you basically have is a triple stack, then adding in MK-677 to that, which you can keep running year round after the sarms cycle is over, and I highly recommend that

Here is your sarms protocol

https://www.sarmsx.com/stacks/triple-stack-12-weeks-2

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Then add MK-677 to your stack and dose it at 25mg per day in the AM. This can be kept running through PCT and beyond as long as you'd like

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

That sucks bro. So no aas as you run the risk of prolactin problems and of course of corticosteroids. Rick laid it out for you.

I think it's a great looking stack. Just curious where you're getting IGF-1? It's difficult to find any peptide companies that will have real stuff. If it is real it's probably underdosed unless it's reqlly expensive

Well they MK-677 works by stimulating GH. It has been used in the past to treat people with low IGF-1 levels per all the information I can find on it.

Interesting take on the stack. MK-2866, I totally over looked that it's main purpose is for muscle wasting overall. That is one of my main goals is to hold onto the cortisol induced wasting.

I read the profile on it, and it had treatment of muscle wasting in intro.

So I'm rethinking my stack and adding MK-2866. It's probably going to be one or another. Then I may add Mk-677 later when my funds can handle another sarm.

So I'm looking at your stack instead and then after the first 4 weeks, adding MK-677 in for the remainder of the cycle.

Yea I am a little sensitive to Prolactin right now but I have been on Caber for a while. My tumor is not in a classic spot for prolactin or cortisol. It is kind of in the middle causing mild issues of both. Caber may shrink the prolactin side and help shrink the overall tumor in general

Not a bad plan at all bro. But I will say that the longer you can run that MK-677 the better. It definitely coincides perfectly with what you are trying to accomplish and the stack of the 4 is best for you

I contacted SarmsX. I would have to buy the MK-677 individually as it isnt apart of any pre made stack deals. However, I got the original Triple stack of Gw,mk2866,s4 in my shopping cart. 12 weeks worth. They'll give me 5% off any order over $500. The triple stack will cost me about $480 lol... 3 mk-677 @ 129 a piece will push me closer to 900... I may pass on it this cycle...

Ouch!!!! Shit is not cheap by any means!!

The cost actually is not a lot when comparing it to GH. Basically less than half the cost. This lifestyle, as anyone knows, is not cheap if you want to be succesful.

I've been on it 4 plus months and its been well worth it

I'm going to add it to my next stack, no question asked....

compare one month of 677 to hgh though and you quickly see the difference, better yet, compare 1 years worth... remember, 1 bottle of 677 lasts an entire month... i dont think your going to be running hgh for 130 a month...

I'm curious how this worked out for you. Your mild cushings seems to a lot like my panhypopituitarism and how it affects my thyroid, cortisol and adrenal glands. Let me know of you would suggest. I do take hydrocortisone prescribed by doctor. Thanks for any info
