My liver is angry[emoji35]

DG's vids and info have been great in establishing the importance of liver health. I never even considered it ...I did a lot of street drugs when I was young. Particularly when my Testosterone should have peaked. I got clean from the booze and drugs when I was 26. Haven't had a drink in 13 years.

Anyway, I'm 40....in need of Trt. This was established about 5 years ago when my GP put me on the gels. Testim/Androgel. I had stopped it in 2014 because I felt like lethargic garbage on it. I have since Been to a bunch of doctors that can see my test is low, then accuse me of being on steroids!

So in January I ran my first 12 week cycle of Test cyp 350mg. Tbol, s4, Sr, LGD, sr9009 , Aromasin. Did 3 weeks of Hcg while ester clears. Ran 4 weeks of clomid, nolva, mk2866, aromasin.

My bloods were all over the place during the cycle but I felt strong and energetic. My liver enzymes Always come back elevated. At the end of PCT my liver enzymes were jacked up. I THEN HAVE SINCE HAD 2 KNEE SURGERIES FOR MENISCUS TEARS/repairs. The ANESTHESIOLOGIST DIDNT WANT TO GIVE IT TO ME BECAUSE OF MY LIVER ENZYMES. Anyway I had the surgeries and now I'm trying to recover with a test level of 120. NOT A GOOD SITUATION!

I just went to a Urologist for TRT. He says he can treat me till I lower my liver enzymes.

I NEED A CONCRETE LIVER CLEANSE PROTOCOL.

In the picture is the stuff I've been taking with a shit ton of water. I've also cut out ALL SUGAR. Going to donate blood now.

AM I MISSING ANYTHING?????

Bro first of all how high are your enzymes? Your ast and your alt? Second...no more orals cycles for a very long time. Are you aking any of the following because there are
a host of medications that can cause abnormal liver enzymes levels. Examples include:
- Pain relief medications such as aspirin, acetaminophen (Tylenol), ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), neproxen (Narosyn), diclofenac (Voltaren), and phenybutazone (Butazolidine)
- Anti-seizure medications such as phenytoin (Dilantin), valproic acid, carbamazepine (Tegretol), and phenobarbital
- Antibiotics such as the tetracyclines, sulfonamides, isoniazid (INH), sulfamethoxazole, trimethoprim, nitrofurantoin
- Cholesterol lowering drugs such as the "statins" (Mevacor, Pravachol, Lipitor, etc.) and niacin
- Cardiovascular drugs such as amiodarone (Cordarone), hydralazine, quinidine, etc.
- Anti-depressant drugs of the tricyclic type. Also be carefull with sugar.

Next the dose on milk thistle is about 200mgs/day where as tudca the dose is 600mg twice per day.

Tbol is really the only thing that would have them elevated and they usually come down a couple weeks after use and its not a terribly toxic one . you dont drink or anything right how elevated were they do you know your ast and alt numbers sounds like you may have another problem when you say past drug use nothing intravenously any chance of hep c

Very thing you have listed will help a great deal. You just need to make sure you don't do anything to have them elevated again. Stay off of oral steroids all together. The clomid and nolva does have some affect on liver values also, but not to the extent of oral AAS.

Sorry it's sideways . I have been taking ibuprofen for the past 2 months for the surgery pain. They wanted to give me opiates but I declined for obvious reasons.

That's crazy... Those aren't very high at all... I'm puzzled... I mean they are high and I would work to get them down but I think the doctor's are just being cautious.

No I've tested negative for hepatitis. I'm thinking it's the cycle itself, the anesthesia from the 2 surgeries, and ibuprofen.

Actually the TBol kickstart made me feel sluggish. Definitely no more Orals!

I don't think they're that bad either but these doctors just look at that range, get freaked out and don't take anything else into account! So frustrating. I gotta go to a liver specialist on Tuesday. If he gives the ok, then the urologist will treat me. The liver Doctor is probably gonna be like " you took steroids and I can't help you. " They're all scared shit of getting sued.

Did you tell your doctor about your super physiological dosed steroid drug usage so they would understand possibly why your levels are elevated ?

That apple cider vinegar won't do anything for you.You need pure organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. It should be cloudy not clear. That's all I got on the subject.I hope you get your enzymes right bro.

Are you referring to the past cycle? Then yes....the urologist said 350mg a week is way too much and he thinks that's why my enzymes are up. But if they give me a Trt dose....wouldn't that elevate it too?

But to answer your question, yes I was honest with him.

So u told the doc that u were using compounds that could have possibly elevated your liver enzymes and as a precaution they still wanted to check your liver ?

Dam, good luck friend. Why see a liver specialist if the doc knows u are using liver altering compound? I guess every doc is different, mine wouldnt do that but if he did I would replace an idiot quick

Lol, its hard to find a good doc these days that wants to actually make a difference in people's lives. Alot are only there for a paycheck

Your two liver enzymes ARE of concern. That is in the range of alcoholism. Mine are both 25, so you can see how much higher you are than even max normal of 40 or so. You must feel like shit between the enzymes being high , the low estrogen, and the low test. So you had this bloodwork done whilst you were off of all steroids and were done with pct is that correct? How much and how often are you taking Ibuprofen? If you go back to trt I would leave out any AI until you get bloods. In the mean time keep taking your supps, especially the milk thistle and the tudca. Give me your ibufrofen schedule and I can change it around for you. Lay off of all sugar, and booze.
