Complete cycle history : Nothing.
Goals : Sub 10%bf
General idea of nutrition : High, currently off season preparing to cut.
I have been going to the gym since i was a teenager but started getting serious around 21 obsessing over the likes of Steve Cook and Gregg Plitt, then moving on to the Olympia hype.
My training and nutritional knowledge is on track, i managed to reach 10-12% naturally a year ago and this year i want to see how far i can push it using SARMS.
This is where i need your help. As this is my first cycle ever i will be taking it slow, testing the 'side effects' and running a fairly safe dosage. Once i find a stack i like, i may run again increasing as i go.
That being said, i do aim to shred down from 15% to 10%(or lower) bf in 8-12 weeks on SARMS, so need advice on proper dosage and PCT.
After watching videos and research i have decided on :
8 or 12wk S4 50 mg each day - split 25 mg am // 25mg pm
8 or 12wk GW-510516 20 mg 30 mins before my workout each day.
PCT for 16 days (too long/short or is it ok?)
clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day
Knowledge is power so please share yours with me. Is this a good first cutting stack? What would you recommend?
