im 29 years old, and i've been lifting for about 10 years. When i started i was abut 150 pounds (68kg), this morning im at about 188 pounds. I've never had my body fat% checked but id estimate it to be around 17-20%.
My results have been very stagnant for the last 18 months, and in response i tried to add a couple hundred calories a day to try break the plateau but my body has been fairly unresponsive and i've begun to contemplate running my first cycle.
I've tried to do as much research as i can and your channel has definitely been really helpful.
What im trying to achieve?
To add 5-10 pounds of lean muscle, im looking to avoid bloating up and retaining half the weight increase in water.
My two biggest concerns are HAIR LOSS and SUPRESSION, now I understand its not something that can be completely avoided.
I dont want to come off as ignorant here but regarding the hairloss, am i right in saying that i should stay away from DHT based drugs, and what are the main DHT drugs?
Secondly, is complete shutdown guaranteed, im assuming some drugs are more mild in this regard and obviously determine the severity and time period of the shutdown.
My question then is if you are able to recommend a cycle that will provide the following:
- Relatively more lean gains than bloated gains..
- Will be relatively mild on the hairline.
- Will not result in a complete shutdown for too long a period.
- Im able to get my hands on an AI for any estrogen issues that might come up during the cycle, so could you also recommend which SERMS work better, and particularly when to start taking them based on the particular cycle you recommend.
I understand you're a very busy guy but if you could take the time to also mention the dosage of each drug you recommend as well as the time period to run each drug for.
