My cutting Stack

you never want to go too low under maintenance... obviously to lose weight you need to be under maintenance... 500 is always a great point to start at... 1000 tends to be too much under... it can stall metabolism and as mick pointed out, it can make you quite grumpy and edgy... it can affect other things as well... you dont want that... you need to be able to workout etc or it defeats the purpose...
 
1000 under is definitely going to make you super lethargic and moody aswell, i also feel the higher the deficit the more intense you are going to have those nasty craving.

So idk if its too soon, but i been on for 3 days and i just did a 3 hour workout like nothing! Talk about endurance!. Definitely loving the sarms.
