Hi all, previous natty, just started my first SARMS cycle (LGD, RAD, ostarine). Feel great, constantly pumped. In my natty state I trained a four split and one rest day. When on SARMS I want to train more, thinking about skipping the rest day, and keeping the four split. Does this make any sense? Is the muscle recovery quicker on SARMS?
