When I run sometime my left lower back will blow up and sometimes my shins. I've started taking about 2 grams of taurine and it help BIG TIME. Can I take this in the morning or do I need to take hour before workout?

You are free to take taurine as needed anytime back pumps or cramping becomes a problem. Generally that happens during workouts so it's used preworkout
 
Running kills my shins. It gets better after I do it consistently but I like to switch up cardio. I have giant calves which has caused an imbalance. It's just something I continue to work on.
