Got a lot them in south louisiana. If you shoot them you have to hit a small soft spot on their heads. A .308 rifle will not penetrate them. But if you can hit the soft spot a .22 will kill them.

That was about an hour from me. We have a few big ones like that left. I really think it's a shame taking out the monsters like that. Seriously, what was it like 75 years old or more probably. But when it's making cattle disappear the easiest thing to do is just pop it.
