MK677 Log...first time experiencing MK so Im open to suggestions...

Day-4

8:30am dose. One hour later had the same hunger pangs. I have been able to control them with moderate meals, going through my fridge every time hunger strikes would just cause me to gain an awful amount of fat in my eyes. My diet is not 'great' although it's also not bad. I dont like working out on a full stomach so I scarfed down a protein bar and headed to the gym maybe 45 min later. Today was a back, bi's, ham's and calves day. I hit the whole posterior chain. I warmed up with pull ups and I do not exaggerate when I say that i could feel the blood rush to my lats. Next were db rows, I felt a pump like never before. Bi's were so pumped they hurt. It wasnt so much a visual pump as it was the sensation of my muscles feeling engorged. At the end of my bi's routine I couldnt even flex my arms. In short i had the mother of all pumps...my calves were even pumped. Everything was tight and full and almost painful. I'm excited to see this because I was wondering when i could start noticing something other than hunger and good sleep. Looking forward to the coming days.


make sure you are getting plenty of fiber... that will satiate you and make you feel full longer.. also, always make sure to get plenty of potassium with 677 to avoid any sort of water retention...

Day-5
Noticed something new last night, not sure if it was the mk or not. I was sweating quite a bit all night. It made it a bit hard to sleep but still awoke feeling refreshed this morning. The DOMS from yesterdays workout is killing me. It hurt to get my clothes on hahaha. I must say that the pump from yesterdays workout stayed well beyond the workout. Looking forward to training and getting that jacked feeling back. With that said, it was more of the same...eating like a mad man, sleeping like baby. Im waiting for that 'sense of well being' i have read on other MK logs. I feel fine but no different than any other day, really.
 
Thanks for stopping by Jimbo. Yea I keep wondering if what I got is legit myself. So far I have been experiencing the deep sleep and hunger. I will procure my next bottle from sarmx for sure. I'm curious to compare. I wanted to ask you if you noticed a difference in your bowel movements? Weird inquiry I know. Seems like every time I drop dutch, it's just ridiculous. If there is any knowledge you would like to drop please do so.

Come to think of it, the BMs have been larger. Perhaps it's from the increased food intake and/or metabolism.

Day -6

Had the sweats again last night. Any other MK users experience that? Other than that, everything is going well. Or at least my mind is convinced it is. Could not go to the gym so i threw down some good ol push ups, body squats, all in all, an all bodyweight get-down. Had the same great pump that I felt when I was able to lift weights. On a side note...I have really bad shoulders. My left shoulder has dislocated 3 times. My right shoulder...i lost count, it got to a point were it dislocated in my sleep a couple of times. Long story short, it has been a long long time since I could say my shoulders have not bothered me in some way. Im surprised. Could the healing properties be kicking in so soon? Most users claim to see the benefits at the 2 week mark. Im 6 days in. Was my natural body chemistry so bad that as soon as the MK was introduced it started making a difference? I dunno and honestly I dont care, I love how im feeling regardless of physique outcome. I can only imagine how much my results will be once I try a better, stronger MK source.

I used to wake up in the middle of the night burning up under the sheets when I first started the MK. My theory is that it's related to the GH pulses, since I also occasionally get "hot flashes" during the day at work, usually in the early afternoon. This has subsided quite a bit now (I'm in my 3rd month) so I think your body adapts to the higher GH pulses. I also reduced my dose a bit from 20 to 15 mg so that may have helped.
 
Day-7

The sweating continues, as does the hunger and great sleep. Today though, my appetite was outta control. I wanted to eat everything I could get my hands on. I t was certainly a test of my mental fortitude to not eat garbage all day. I got hungry every 3 hours damn near on the dot. I felt satisfied after every meal but felt like I could still eat. Just had my last meal of the day and still I wanna raid the kitchen. I could feel my whole body full, I dunno if that makes sense but i felt like my muscles were full and I guess you can say 'satiated' after every meal. i didnt feel disgustingly full as you would from over-eating. This felt different. Seemed like i digested everything very quickly, almost as if my stomach was 'emptying'(?). No workout today, I am way too sore from yesterdays bodyweight workout. Is that the price I have to pay for that glorious pump I get during my workouts? lol Worth it. More as the days go on.
 
The pumps that good that you can't workout the next day? Dam!! The only ever time I experienced something similar to that, was when I was on legit IGF-1.

OK so you know the feeling. its actually painful the next day. i have never experienced these kind of pumps. then again, i have never really tried anything outside a preworkout called Hyde (like jekyll and hyde). thats the closest I can compare. even then, the pump was gone a couple of hours past my workout. This pump stays well beyond and then some. im impressed so far although i dont like being so sore that everything i do hurts next day. How did you combat that much soreness BadAss? im thinking i gotta come up with some kind of bro-split so i can work out more frequently. i feel as if im wasting time if i continue doing full body routines and cant workout the following day.
 
try a 5 day split
Sunday.....legs/ab's
Monday....Chest
Tuesday...Back/ab's
Wed....off
Thurs.....shoulders
Fri.......Arms/ab's
Sat.....off
 
Day-8

Nothing out of the ordinary today, feelng or noticing anything new. Managed to keep hunger in check most of the day. I know ive got to keep a closer eye on what i take in though. Might defeat the purpose if i dont control my cravings. Still feeling good, still pushing my workouts. I know im into week two so before pics may be late but coming. Just i cant get past my self consciousness but i know i would like to provide at least one pic. maybe at the end of this bottle or the following one.

Oddly enough, my split was day on day off....and that day off I loved every minute of it, as I needed the recovery. If that split doesn't suit, then try 2 on 1 off approach, that also did the job later on when I wasn't using as much IGF-1.

Another thing I did to reduce the next day soreness, was stretch!! Post workout and on my day off, I would spend a bit of time doing them. That worked wonders. I also noticed doing some cardio post workout helped.

Everything mentioned above, I did them in a way that tested each method, and they were the winners.

Day-9

Took my dose at 9am. The hunger struck but not as pronounced as days before. Maybe my body is building a tolerance? Worked out on an empty gut. Warmed up on the Concept Rower for 5 min and got a pump off my warm up! This stuff is crazy. Had a great workout, same as previous workouts. Great pumps and endurance is definitely up. i really felt like I was able to throw weight around today with a lot more ease. I usually do 4-6 sets of at least 8 reps with no more than 12 reps. I tacked on an extra two sets to every exercise. I really felt like i was doing my time justice in the gym today. My rest periods are shorter now at 35-45 seconds down from 60-90 seconds. It really allowed me to squeeze the extra sets in. Im happy with this new development. Also noticed new vascularity in my forearms. nothing extreme but its there. Trying a new split so I will be able to workout tomorrow. looking forward to that.
 
Day-10-Late post

Woke up feeling full and slightly pumped I liked that feeling. It seems like the hunger is subsiding or im getting used to it now. The pangs dont hit as hard as they have before but im still able to eat like a viking. I think its really starting to kick in now. I had hot flashes on and off all day yesterday. Im guessing those are the pulses???
