Hi I'm wondering if you can help. Iv been weight training now for 4 years and recently started to loose more fat but iv really struggled over the years and with high stress comes a lot of cortisol which iv been through a lot over last few months. I'm wanting to start taking my training up a level and really start to loose some fat. There's a few people I know that are women started using 25mg daily and looking good for it. What I want to know is the effects. I already have and get a lot of water retention. To stop this how much potassium will I need to supplement? Also another big worry if mine is changes in facial features. Will I develop a stronger jaw and forehead lol. Might be silly question but iv seen GH is associated with this? I don't want to start looking / sounding manly with my features. Any help would be great I'm planning on buying it very soon.
 
no you will have no virilization at all potassium needs to be about 4700 mgs per day and the best source is food not a supplement. you may have to adjust the dosing to find your sweet spot where there will be little to no water retention but if your diet and sodium is on point you should have no problems
 
Thanks for that :) I'm having a look at what I can fit in my diet which is high in potassium. My daily intake looks around 760 which is way to low!! Salt intake is around 470... Is that ok would you say?
 
Growth in any bone structure is only associated with overdosing or abuse of exogenous GH. You will not get any of that stuff with a GH releaser.

right it promotes bone support not growth as in a big ol mandible you absolutely have nothing to worry about with the 677
 
Thanks for all your advice iv tweeked my diet and managed to get it just over 4000mg potassium :) can't wait to see the results. If any women on the forum have had experience would love to hear some feedback
 
if your having cortisol issues then GW-501516 is what you want... if your trying to lose weight, im not sure what drew you to 677 over GW, SR and S4 first because those are the key components here to losing extra weight, controlling cortisol and enhancing performance to the highest level... are you sure that 677 is what your wanting here?

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-16 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
1-12 mk-2866 12.5 mg first two weeks then bump to 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
 
yes well I was answering the specifics of 677 lol but what DG just laid out for you is awesome, my wife is on her 2nd run of the triple stack with the addition of sr and her results are amazing a little slow at first but she had to realize diet and workout. she has never been in the gym to lift weights, so with this stack she has dropped 20 lbs in 6 months and a lot of body fat, I would say minimum of 10% has tightened up very nicely but still looks womanly. she just threw out all of her "fat" clothes lol

You can also look at sarala posts on the exact stack as well she has had anazing results. There is hard work required but you can do it

^^^^ THIS sarms cycle right here is excellent! I ran this exact cycle and lost tons of body fat and made tremendous gains in my weightlifting and cardio...start here as dylan laid out. I ran a log on this exact cycle. I can say so far my 2 favorites are gw and sr9009...The MK677 is something I've been wanting to try myself but haven't brought it in yet..the MK677 should be ran at least 6 months ideally.
