Hi I'm wondering if you can help. Iv been weight training now for 4 years and recently started to loose more fat but iv really struggled over the years and with high stress comes a lot of cortisol which iv been through a lot over last few months. I'm wanting to start taking my training up a level and really start to loose some fat. There's a few people I know that are women started using 25mg daily and looking good for it. What I want to know is the effects. I already have and get a lot of water retention. To stop this how much potassium will I need to supplement? Also another big worry if mine is changes in facial features. Will I develop a stronger jaw and forehead lol. Might be silly question but iv seen GH is associated with this? I don't want to start looking / sounding manly with my features. Any help would be great I'm planning on buying it very soon.
