I've run sarms in capsule forms, no all of them are bunk but luckily I got it from legit companies and got nice results with no sides. Makes absolutely no difference if it's capsule vs liquid as long as the raw is quality and real ur g2g

Also OP, I just noticed you got it from xcel sports nutrition... that's actually one of the brands I tried and got pretty good results with. I used their SRM MAX (Mk2866 + laxogenin + hica) and recomped very nicely with no sides at all... wouldn't throw the mk2866 in the trash bro its definitely g2g imo

The bottle is good for a thirty day cycle. 4 weeks. Doesn't a significant ostarine cycle require more weeks than 4?

Yes definitely you will need at least 8 weeks... the fellas here reccomend 12 but 8 weeks minimum imo. Whatever your budget allows.
