Yea so I've been a member for a while now n I know it used to be a group of "regulars" that always posted..but some have vanished. Missing in action?killed off? Taken hostage by evo? Lol. I know one that comes to mind...gymrat..he was dropping knowledge bombs left n right but haven't seen hide or hair of him n bout 2 months. Who else have y'all noticed missing?

Sometimes life happens bossman. People have careers, families, training, etc. There have been lots of times when I was MIA for a while......

You'll notice that over time brother. People will be around big time then they die off for a while. Often they come back at some points, but some do not. It's just the way it is. Gym rat I've known for a long time over the years. I'm sure he will be back. He's one of them spuratic posters that pop up every now and then lol

I buckle down, track foods, lifts, moods and such. Then with the rest of my time Im sleeping or loving the wifey and playing with kids.

Id imagine the BIG contributors to forums must get exhausted answering the same'ole same'ole all day, every day. Enough to make ya run screaming into the streets naked, body painted, hair grown out and matted with only pink bunny slippers and a Rambo headband.

I actually don't get tired of it. I enjoy my time helping people, even though there are times that I want to beat my head against the wall with some of the things we encounter lol

It does get annoying at times when obvious answers are right in front of people. Two seconds with a search function and boom there ya go. But regardless, that's what I'm here for, so I'm still always happy to help

i havent seend gymrat around.He is probably busy with duties in life but i really doubt he is on evo lol
